1. Services and use of the website

iScream Studio provides websites, web applications, SEO, local search support, content systems, marketing automation, analytics setup, and related digital services for small businesses and authorized users. You may use our public website and any client tools only as permitted by these Terms and any separate agreement between you and iScream Studio.

Access to client dashboards, staging sites, or internal tools may be limited to authorized personnel, contractors, or partners. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Client content and ownership

Content, brand assets, and materials you provide for a project remain yours unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment for custom work, deliverables specified in your project agreement are licensed or assigned to you as stated in that agreement. iScream Studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide any content, images, logos, or data used in your project.

3. Prohibited use

You agree not to use iScream Studio websites, tools, or services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the services
• Use the services for purposes outside the scope of your agreement with iScream Studio

4. Service availability

iScream Studio aims to keep its websites and tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Hosting, third-party APIs, and platform policies outside our control may also affect availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iScream Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the website, tools, or services.

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
