ScribbleZap Privacy Policy

1. Information you do not provide to ScribbleZap

ScribbleZap does not require a player account and does not ask you to enter your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or payment-card details.

iScream Studio does not operate a player-profile database for ScribbleZap.

2. Game information stored on your device

Game progress and settings—such as completed levels, unlocked content, challenge or streak state, sound and control preferences, and locally cached purchase-entitlement or restoration status—are stored on your device.

Local game data is not automatically sent to iScream Studio. It generally remains on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app, subject to device, operating-system, or app-store backup and restore features you control.

3. Advertising

ScribbleZap may show optional rewarded ads when you choose features such as Continue, Slow-Mo Retry, or 2X Zaps. ScribbleZap may also show conservatively placed interstitial ads between completed levels.

Buying Remove Ads removes interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available if you choose to use them.

Advertising is provided through Google AdMob. Through the AdMob software included in ScribbleZap, Google and participating advertising partners may process information such as:

• advertising or device identifiers;
• IP address;
• device and operating-system information;
• approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• app or advertising interactions; and
• diagnostic, security, or anti-fraud information.

This information may be transmitted to and processed by Google and its advertising partners for purposes such as delivering, measuring, securing, and, where permitted, personalizing advertising.

iScream Studio does not receive your full payment-card details or a player identity profile from AdMob.

4. Consent and privacy choices

Where required, ScribbleZap uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present advertising-consent, privacy, and opt-out choices.

These choices may apply to users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and applicable U.S. states.

Available choices depend on your location and the legal or platform requirements that apply there.

When required, ScribbleZap provides a Privacy and cookie settings or similar privacy-options entry within the app so you can review or change applicable advertising choices.

You may also have privacy choices available through your device’s advertising and privacy settings.

5. iOS App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, ScribbleZap may display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission prompt before an advertising provider accesses the device advertising identifier or performs tracking as defined by Apple.

You may allow or deny that permission and can change your choice later in iOS Settings.

Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from playing ScribbleZap, although advertising may be less personalized.

6. Purchases and Remove Ads

Remove Ads purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store. The applicable store handles your payment and account information.

ScribbleZap may receive product identifiers, transaction or entitlement status, and purchase-restoration information needed to complete, verify, or restore a purchase.

iScream Studio does not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play or Apple.

7. Analytics and diagnostics

Dedicated third-party gameplay analytics are not currently enabled in ScribbleZap.

If analytics are enabled in a future release, this policy and applicable app-store disclosures will be updated to describe the provider and relevant data practices.

Google Play, Apple, AdMob, operating systems, and distribution services may independently process store, delivery, crash, diagnostic, security, or advertising information under their own settings and privacy policies.

8. Children and intended audience

ScribbleZap is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13.

The app does not ask players to submit personal information directly to iScream Studio.

Store age ratings, parental controls, and regional requirements may affect availability or advertising behavior.

Parents or guardians who have a privacy concern about a child’s use of ScribbleZap may contact iScream Studio using the contact form.

9. Retention and disclosure

iScream Studio does not maintain a server-side player account or gameplay-history database for ScribbleZap.

Local game information remains on the device as described above.

Information processed through Google AdMob may be disclosed to Google and participating advertising partners as described in Section 3 and retained according to their policies and applicable legal requirements.

iScream Studio does not sell player personal information for monetary payment. Advertising-related data may nevertheless be processed or disclosed through AdMob as described above, subject to applicable consent, privacy, and opt-out choices.

10. Your choices and requests

You may:

• decline optional rewarded ads;
• use advertising-consent and opt-out controls when presented;
• revisit applicable choices through the in-app privacy-options entry;
• change device advertising or App Tracking Transparency settings; and
• clear locally stored game data using your device controls.

Because ScribbleZap does not maintain player accounts, iScream Studio may not have server-side player data associated with you to access or delete.

This policy may be updated when ScribbleZap’s features, providers, or legal requirements change.
