93 Octane started from a love of craft beer and a simple job: make something exceptional for family and friends. Head brewer Alex Makowski — Siebel Master Brewer, Doemens-trained in Germany — builds American and German ales and lagers for the tap and the package line.

Upstairs private room, patio, full kitchen. Birthdays, graduations, weddings, showers, corporate.
Host in ElmhurstOriginal taproom and a patio of about 40. Smaller gatherings, rehearsal dinners, after-work.
Host in St. CharlesCatering is the same kitchen, on-site or off.
